We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator will be accountable to execute the tasks of building, scheduling and rescheduling loads for the client(s) within their team. A LC is also responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operational expectations of the client(s) are met. These are including but not limited to track and trace, document retrieval, internal problem escalation and resolution. A LC is responsible for supporting, creating and sharing best practices with all LCs within the business unit. Responsibilities : • Build 40–50 truckload (TL) loads per day, entering shipment information accurately into Echo’s systems. • Build loads using Optimizer and Accelerator, and build through Vooma where applicable per the account SOP. • Schedule and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments through BiggerPicture. • Follow the account-specific SOPs provided for each assigned account, ensuring loads are built and scheduled to customer requirements. • Progressively identify and pursue automation opportunities within the SOPs to increase production and reduce manual effort. • Validate shipment details (locations, dates, references, commodity, and special instructions) before releasing loads. • Add notes and documentation to the relevant systems to provide full visibility of the load’s build and scheduling history. • Communicate with shippers, receivers, and internal teams to confirm or correct appointment details when required. • Answer and action emails related to building and scheduling in a timely manner. • Partner with sales pods and operations to remove building and scheduling tasks from their workflows entirely. • Escalate exceptions, blockers, and recurring issues to the appropriate Echo managers and team leads. • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
