As CEO and Co-Founder, you will lead GovConnect’s strategy, operations, market positioning, and growth, transforming a strong product foundation into a scalable and widely adopted GovTech solution.You will work closely with the founding team and the broader LetShare Group to align product direction, commercial strategy, and organizational growth, while maintaining GovConnect’s clear and dedicated focus on public-sector needs, procurement realities, and institutional adoption.This role requires a founder mindset, strong execution capability, and a long-term commitment to building a serious, enterprise-grade company.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership<ul><li>Define and own GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy</li><li>Position GovConnect as a trusted solution within the government and public-sector ecosystem</li></ul>Business Development & Go-to-Market<ul><li>Lead public-sector sales strategy, pilot programs, and institutional partnerships</li><li>Navigate procurement processes, stakeholder alignment, and long sales cycles</li><li>Build strategic relationships with government entities, agencies, and municipalities</li></ul>Product & Platform Direction<ul><li>Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure the platform evolves in line with real institutional needs</li><li>Balance innovation with reliability, security, and enterprise-grade delivery</li></ul>Operations & Financial Oversight<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and performance tracking</li><li>Ensure sustainable financial planning and scalable operating models</li></ul>Team & Representation<ul><li>Build and lead the leadership team as the company grows</li><li>Represent GovConnect and the LetShare Group with partners, institutions, and investors</li></ul> You are a founder-level leader with experience building or scaling B2B, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS companies.
