<p>Reporting directly to the Sales Director for North America region, you'll spearhead our expansion into the vibrant North American market.</p><p>Your mission? To surpass ambitious sales targets through your expert and systematic approach.</p><p><strong>Your main responsibilities will be to:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Forge connections</strong>: Utilize a variety of effective methods, from strategic cold calling to networking at industry events, to uncover promising leads and nurture fruitful relationships.</li><li><strong>Own your success</strong>: Develop your own client portfolio, catering to a diverse array of companies involved in importing and exporting consumer goods, spanning from cutting-edge electronics to trendy apparel, furniture and beyond.</li><li><strong>Cultivate lasting partnerships</strong>: Identify prospective clients, foster meaningful engagement, and skillfully seal the deal, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to loyal customer.</li><li><strong>Drive growth</strong>: Act as a trusted advisor to our existing clients, championing additional services and maximizing their utilization of our innovative tools, including our intuitive online dashboard.</li><li><strong>Clients’ engagement</strong>: Foster meaningful interactions and cultivate relationships with clients throughout North America, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective customer support, aligned with our first Company Value: <strong><em>Client Passion</em></strong>.</li></ul>
<p>To excel in this position, the following qualifications are essential:</p><ul><li>Substantial background in B2B sales with a minimum 2 years of experience is desirable. </li><li>Native proficiency in English, demonstrating strong communication skills.</li><li>Proven track record as a distinguished sales professional adept at prospecting new business opportunities and cultivating a personal client base.</li><li>Familiarity with the product testing and inspection sector, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of global trade dynamics.</li><li>Exceptional negotiation skills, complemented by the ability to discern social cues and navigate diverse cultural contexts effectively.</li><li>Proficient in self-management, capable of autonomously organizing and prioritizing tasks without constant oversight.</li></ul><p><strong>Base Salary Range: $47K - $57K based on qualifications and experience + uncapped commissions.</strong></p>
