SENIOR POWER BI DEVELOPER & ANALYTICS ENGINEER

About the Role We are hiring a Seasoned Power BI Developer & Analytics Engineer with strong technical and business acumen to deliver high-impact dashboards and BI solutions. You will work on mission-critical data initiatives, collaborating with product and client teams to create data products that deliver strategic insights. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone with a background in SaaS or Fintech companies and a passion for clean, insightful, and scalable data visualizations. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI for internal and external stakeholders • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions that support decision-making • Build and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting infrastructure • Implement embedded BI solutions for client-facing applications using Power BI Embedded • Manage dashboard performance, usability, and data integrity through QA and continuous improvements • Support teams with ad-hoc analysis and insights using SQL and BI tools • Work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Client Success • Use REST APIs, Power BI Client Libraries, and scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript) for advanced integration • Drive best practices in data modeling, UX design, and dashboard performance tuning • Ensure data security and compliance with internal standards What We're Looking For • 5+ years of experience in Power BI, MS SQL Server, and data visualization • Expertise in SQL development, performance tuning, and stored procedures • Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Pivot, and Power Query • Strong understanding of data modeling, UX principles, and BI design frameworks • Experience in SaaS or Fintech domain preferred • Hands-on with Power BI Embedded, APIs, and Azure services (ADF, ADLS, Azure SQL) is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-centric mindset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global stakeholders What We Offer • High-growth, high-impact role in a fast-scaling global startup • Team offsite • Generous leave policy (Vacation, Sick, and Public Holidays) • Health/Medical Insurance • Wellness Reimbursement • Recognition and rewards program
