LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

Role overview Remote Recruitment is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to support a UK-based employer as part of a fully remote team. You will find and qualify prospects so the sales team always has a healthy pipeline to work. This is a 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time / 11:00–19:00 SAST). Key responsibilities • Research and build lists of target prospects • Reach out by email, LinkedIn and phone to start conversations • Qualify leads against agreed criteria • Book meetings and hand over warm prospects to sales • Keep the CRM clean and well organised What you'll need • Experience with lead generation, sales or research • Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools • Strong written English and a professional tone • An organised, persistent approach • A quiet home workspace with reliable internet What's on offer A salary of R15,000–R20,000 per month, fully remote work, and a team that values your contribution.
