Job description

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for German Speaking Customer Support Representatives to work for Booking.com with a paid relocation package to Greece . This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in German and passionate about providing excellent customer service within the travel and hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking customers using Booking.com’s platform via phone, email, and chat. • Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related questions. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. • Stay informed about Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance. • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is a plus. • Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • No experience needed, but willingness to learn! • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with paid relocation support provided. • Competitive monthly salary • 2 Extra salaries per year • Fully paid relocation package • Airport pick-up • Fully paid training • Health Insurance • Continuous support before and during your stay in Greece provided by residents of Greece • And many other benefits!
