Position Overview Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking Associate Therapists (LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A) to join our growing, multi-state behavioral health team. This role is designed for early-career clinicians who want more than just supervision hours—you’ll gain structured training, real clinical experience, and the opportunity to develop within a high-performance, integrated care model . You will work under the supervision of fully licensed clinicians while delivering therapy in a system built around consistency, accountability, and measurable patient outcomes .
