Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced for experienced Coding & Computer Science Instructors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. What you'll do: • Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's coding experience, logic building skills, and unique learning profile. • Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, whether they are a young beginner learning foundational logic, a high schooler preparing for AP Comp Sci (A/Principles), or an advanced student building custom software projects. • Adapt instruction in real time , using live code-sharing and interactive pair-programming environments to troubleshoot logic errors, explain syntax, and teach architectural concepts. • Track student project progress and communicate effectively with families or school partners regarding conceptual mastery, coding milestones, and portfolio development. Languages & Frameworks We Look For (Varies by assignment): • Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, HTML/CSS, Scratch, or SQL. • Topics including data structures, object-oriented programming (OOP), web development, and algorithmic logic. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required • Experience working with students who have education needs • Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations • Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online • Ability to pass a background check • Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace Preferred (not required): • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus • Flexible schedule — work when you want • 100% remote • Set your own hourly rate • Consistent flow of students matched to your expertise • Opportunity to make a real difference for students who need it most
