About the Role
Our client is a performance-driven company specializing in insurance lead generation. They run high-volume paid media campaigns to generate inbound leads and calls, which they then sell to insurance carriers and brokers. Speed, efficiency, and a low cost per lead are everything here.
What You'll Do
• Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns focused on generating inbound insurance leads and calls
• Monitor campaign performance throughout the day, tracking spend pacing and inbound volume against benchmarks
• Flag and kill underperforming campaigns based on defined CPL thresholds, and over time make those calls autonomously
• Identify performance patterns across campaigns and relay insights back to the creative team
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and video production team to inform ad angles and script development
• Research competitor ads, document what they're running, and clip assets for internal reference
• Maintain pacing discipline: if CPL benchmarks aren't met by designated checkpoints, campaigns are cut
• What We're Looking For
• Experience running B2C lead generation campaigns, ideally in insurance or adjacent industries like finance, health, or home services
• Track record of maintaining or reducing cost per lead at volume
• Ability to monitor and act on campaign pacing and inbound volume data throughout the day
• Comfort making fast decisions on campaign performance with incomplete data
• Strong attention to detail when trafficking creatives and setting up campaigns
• Self-sufficient and proactive, this role requires independent monitoring and decision-making all day
• Nice to Have
• Experience specifically in insurance lead gen
• Familiarity with multiple ad platforms
• Background in high-volume, fast-kill campaign environments
