We are hiring for a Director of Product that can own and evolve a critical platform area with complete end-to-end responsibility - defining strategy, driving AI-powered innovation, translating complex customer needs into scalable capabilities, and partnering across engineering, design, and go-to-market. You're accountable for product strategy, roadmap, and execution; revenue, customer expansion, retention, and NPS; and AI agent integration and workflow automation. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own product strategy: Define the product vision and own the complete roadmap, balancing velocity, scalability, and customer impact. - Drive AI innovation: Partner with the AI team to integrate agents that accelerate workflows and automate decision-making. - Ship hands-on: Work directly with engineering and design to scope, design, and ship features, owning technical artifacts, JSON schemas, integration frameworks, and platform scalability. - Translate customer needs: Engage customers to turn complex compliance and governance needs into product features. - Decide with data: Drive data-informed decisions and define success metrics. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Experience: 7+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, scale-ups, or high-growth environments, with a proven track record taking complex products end-to-end with measurable business impact. - AI product expertise: Hands-on experience building and shipping features with agentic AI, LLMs, or workflow automation, plus a deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and their product implications. - Technical fluency: APIs, integrations, JSON, data structures, and platform architecture. - Domain (preferred): Experience in third-party risk, vendor management, compliance, or governance products; familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms or enterprise automation; and a technical background (engineering, data science, or related field) a plus. - Mindset: Ownership mentality with full accountability for results - comfortable owning failures and iterating quickly - paired with enterprise empathy, customer obsession, a hands-on approach, AI-forward thinking, and clear communication that aligns diverse stakeholders.
