<p><span data-contrast="none">The Senior Manager, People Business Partner, will serve as a strategic advisor to business leadership and partner across the team to deliver our people strategy. They will embody our culture and core values at Make-A-Wish and will support leaders and employees in building high performing teams to foster a culture that supports client delivery excellence, employee success and the advancement of our mission. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559739":225}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">The ideal candidate brings strong HR expertise, business partner and leadership experience.
