Jackson HealthPros is looking for a Junior Account Manager to support the growth of our Allied Healthcare division by developing client relationships, driving new business, and delivering exceptional service throughout the staffing process.</span></p><p></p><p><span>In this role, you&#39;ll partner with experienced Account Managers and Client Services leaders to support existing healthcare clients while helping expand our customer base. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building partnerships, and are motivated by results, we&#39;d love to meet you.</span></p><h3></h3><h3><span>What You&#39;ll Do</span></h3><p><span>Build &amp; Manage Client Relationships</span></p><ul><li><span>Serve as the primary Account Manager for designated Allied Healthcare clients.</span></li><li><span>Build consultative, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and providing exceptional service.</span></li><li><span>Manage the full client lifecycle, including job intake, candidate submissions, client feedback, offers, placements, onboarding, and ongoing account support.</span></li><li><span>Monitor active assignments and collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve issues.</span></li><li><span>Maintain accurate client, job order, and activity records in CRM, VMS platforms, and internal systems.</span></li><li><span>Identify opportunities to expand relationships within existing accounts and gain access to additional hiring managers or MSP programs.</span></li></ul><p><span>Drive Business Growth</span></p><ul><li><span>Partner with the Director of Client Services to identify and pursue new Allied Healthcare clients.</span></li><li><span>Research prospective customers and conduct business development outreach through emails, calls, and discovery meetings.</span></li><li><span>Support onboarding documentation and implementation for new client accounts.</span></li><li><span>Once new accounts are established, lead job intake conversations and develop staffing strategies to deliver successful placements.</span></li></ul><p><span>Support Recruiting &amp; Operations</span></p><ul><li><span>Prepare and submit qualified candidates through multiple Vendor Management Systems (VMS) accurately and on time.</span></li><li><span>Assist with credentialing coordination and compliance requirements.</span></li><li><span>Work cross-functionally with recruiting, operations, finance, and credentialing teams to deliver a seamless client and candidate experience.</span></li><li><span>Support collection efforts for assigned accounts as needed.</span></li></ul><p><span>Collaborate &amp; Live Our Values</span></p><ul><li><span>Participate in team meetings, client visits, conferences, and company events as needed.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrate Jackson HealthPros&#39; core values every day:</span><ul><li><b><span>Others First</span></b><span> – Put others before self.</span></li><li><b><span>Wisdom</span></b><span> – Do the wise thing.</span></li><li><b><span>Growth</span></b><span> – Keep getting better.</span></li></ul></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><span>What Success Looks Like</span></h3><p><span>Performance in this role is measured by:</span></p><ul><li><span>New client agreements</span></li><li><span>Job orders created</span></li><li><span>Placements made</span></li><li><span>Active headcount growth</span></li><li><span>Revenue and gross margin performance</span></li><li><span>Candidate submittals and interview conversion rates</span></li><li><span>Client meetings and business development activity</span></li><li><span>CRM and system utilization</span></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><span>What You&#39;ll Bring</span></h3><p><b><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred.</span></li><li><span>Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, customer service, account management, or sales preferred.</span></li></ul><p><b><span>Skills &amp; Experience</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).</span></li><li><span>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and CRM platforms.</span></li><li><span>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</span></li><li><span>Excellent organization and attention to detail.</span></li><li><span>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</span></li><li><span>Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow, and build a successful career in client services and healthcare staffing.</span></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><span>Work Schedule</span></h3><p><span>This is a </span><b><span>full-time hybrid</span></b><span> position.
