<p>The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of clients&#xa0;<strong>using HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools</strong>. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they get maximum value from HubSpot products. The role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to provide&#xa0;<strong>exceptional service and drive client growth</strong>. The ideal candidate will have&#xa0;<strong>excellent client-facing skills</strong>&#xa0;<strong>and experience</strong>&#xa0;in delivering effective solutions to meet client objectives</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Serve as the&#xa0;<strong>primary contact</strong>&#xa0;for a portfolio of clients using HubSpot.</li><li><strong>Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships</strong>.</li><li><strong>Understand client business objectives</strong>&#xa0;and tailor HubSpot solutions to meet those needs.</li><li><strong>Guide clients through onboarding and ensure successful implementation</strong>&#xa0;of HubSpot tools.</li><li><strong>Provide ongoing support and training on HubSpot</strong>’s features and best practices.</li><li>Identify opportunities for clients to&#xa0;<strong>optimize HubSpot use and drive business growth</strong>.</li><li><strong>Monitor client usage and success metrics</strong>, proactively addressing any issues.</li><li><strong>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities</strong>&#xa0;to increase client spending and satisfaction.</li><li>Regularly&#xa0;<strong>communicate with clients</strong>&#xa0;to review progress, gather feedback, and update on new features.</li><li><strong>Prepare and present reports</strong>&#xa0;on client performance and ROI from HubSpot.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues</strong>&#xa0;and deliver exceptional service.</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Proven experience as an Customer Success</strong>&#xa0;<strong>Manager for International clients</strong>, preferably within the SaaS or digital marketing industry.</li><li><strong>In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools.</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.</li><li><strong>Excellent communication</strong>, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to&#xa0;<strong>manage multiple clients and projects</strong>&#xa0;simultaneously.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.</li><li><strong>HubSpot certifications&#xa0;</strong>(e.g., Inbound, HubSpot Marketing Software) are a plus.</li></ul>
