Join us and be a part of a forward-thinking company that values growth, excellence, and the success of our clients.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>This role can be located in the US or Canada and will support our sales team in our Food & Beverage vertical which includes our business units, Silverware POS and Arryved. </b></p><p></p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><ul><li>The Sales Administrator supports the sales organization by managing administrative processes, maintaining sales systems and data, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales team to operate effectively by providing accurate reporting, coordinating processes, and supporting cross-functional communication.</li></ul><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and sales leadership</li><li>Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and integrity</li><li>Process sales orders, contracts, renewals, and amendments in accordance with company policies</li><li>Assist with sales reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics</li><li>Coordinate sales onboarding materials, documentation, and internal resources</li><li>Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory or account assignments</li><li>Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams on pricing, contracts, and billing processes</li><li>Manage sales documentation, templates, and internal knowledge bases</li><li>Respond to internal inquiries related to sales processes and tools</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and operational efficiency</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a related role</li><li>Proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems and Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with Excel</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience supporting a B2B SaaS sales organization</li><li>Experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms</li><li>Understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting</li></ul><p><b>Skills & Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Analytical and detail-oriented mindset</li><li>Process-driven with a continuous improvement focus</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>High level of professionalism and discretion</li></ul><p></p><p>Salary range:</p><p>$40,000 - 58,000 CAD</p><p>$40,000 - $53,500 USD</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Fullsteam recognizes that your health and wellbeing are a priority.
