Job description

Accountabilities: In this role, you will support the execution and optimization of advertising operations processes, ensuring campaign delivery quality, marketplace stability, and effective partner support. • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, traffic quality, and overall platform performance across programmatic channels • Support day-to-day exchange operations and marketplace quality initiatives • Troubleshoot operational and technical issues impacting campaign performance and partner integrations • Collaborate with SSPs, DSPs, agencies, and publishers to resolve delivery and configuration issues • Review and validate campaign setups including targeting, creatives, and tracking implementations • Generate regular operational reports and performance insights using available data tools • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, workflows, and operational standards • Support QA testing, platform validation, and process improvement initiatives • Assist with onboarding of new demand and supply partners into the ecosystem • Escalate complex issues to senior operational or technical teams when necessary Requirements: The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in programmatic advertising operations and a strong ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Market Quality, Exchange Operations, or a similar programmatic advertising role • Experience working within an SSP, ad exchange, or programmatic advertising ecosystem • Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, including bidding, delivery, and campaign lifecycle • Proficiency in Excel and SQL for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously • Strong communication skills with experience supporting external partners or clients • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across teams • Familiarity with mobile, video, CTV, or display advertising is a plus • Exposure to ad tech tools, tracking systems, or creative troubleshooting is an advantage • Basic understanding of HTML, XML, JavaScript, or ad tagging is beneficial Benefits: • Competitive salary range: USD $85,000 – $95,000 • Opportunity to work in a global programmatic advertising ecosystem • Exposure to leading SSP, DSP, publisher, and agency partners • Career growth in ad tech, marketplace operations, and digital media • Collaborative and data-driven work environment • Hands-on experience with large-scale advertising systems and datasets • Opportunity to contribute to platform quality, efficiency, and innovation • Professional development opportunities in digital advertising operations How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
