Job description
Accountabilities:
• Analyze operational, technical, and service performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and root causes impacting system reliability and business outcomes
• Collect, structure, and interpret data from multiple systems in collaboration with Technical Services and Software Development teams
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making and operational visibility
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop, update, and maintain technical training curricula for service teams, ensuring alignment with evolving tools and processes
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously refine learning materials based on feedback and operational needs
• Document processes, workflows, and system requirements to support consistency and scalability
• Partner with leadership to identify and drive process improvement initiatives across CRM, service tools, and operational systems
• Support implementation and optimization of business systems and tools (e.g., CRM and field service platforms)
• Collaborate with software and technical teams to ensure successful rollout of improvements and data-driven initiatives
Requirements:
• Experience in business process analysis, operations, data analysis, or a similar cross-functional technical role
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights, reports, and recommendations
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Ability to document processes, workflows, and technical requirements clearly and effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, operational tools, and data platforms
• Experience collaborating with engineering, software, or technical services teams is a plus
• Familiarity with IoT, field services, energy systems, or similar technical environments is a plus
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
