MIDDLE FULL STACK ENGINEER FOR RELAY

Accountabilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance a React-based platform that enables internal and cross-team feature development. • Contribute to the integration of features delivered by other engineering teams into a unified production system. • Support and execute release processes, ensuring stable, reliable, and timely deployment of updates. • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve developer experience and streamline internal workflows. • Participate in the design and implementation of scalable frontend and backend solutions using modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks. • Work with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and performance optimization practices to ensure code quality and system stability. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and accelerate delivery cycles. • Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing practices, and adherence to engineering standards. Requirements • 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Frontend Engineer, with strong expertise in React. • Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including modern ES6+ features. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software delivery workflows. • Familiarity with backend integration concepts, REST APIs, and real-time data communication (e.g., WebSockets). • Experience working with modern frontend state management and tooling (e.g., Redux, RTK Query, or similar). • Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Codex. • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, clean code principles, and performance optimization. • Upper-intermediate English proficiency and fluent Ukrainian language skills. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in distributed, remote-first teams.
