Job description
Accountabilities:
• Manage and optimize 20–30 Google Ads accounts for B2B clients, ensuring campaigns consistently generate qualified leads and strong ROI.
• Build and maintain Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns aligned with client acquisition goals.
• Manage Microsoft Ads (Bing) campaigns and support Meta Ads initiatives when required.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Write and refine conversion-focused ad copy, leveraging AI tools and collaboration with content teams where needed.
• Continuously optimize campaign performance through bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing, and search term analysis.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, SEO, and design teams to align paid campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and clear improvement strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall account growth.
• Stay updated on Google Ads features, AI-driven tools, and evolving paid media best practices.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
• Proven experience managing 20+ client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads), including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
• Experience with Meta Ads is a strong plus for cross-channel campaign execution.
• Solid understanding of lead generation strategies for local and B2B service businesses.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for performance measurement and reporting.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to manage time effectively across multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini for campaign optimization and workflow improvement is a plus.
