Job description

Accountabilities • Design and implement a global pricing framework that standardizes decision-making across markets and supports scalable revenue growth. • Build and manage experimentation systems to test pricing strategies, validate hypotheses, and continuously optimize performance. • Analyze customer behavior and market dynamics to model price elasticity and translate insights into actionable pricing strategies. • Develop automated or semi-automated pricing deployment systems to ensure agility across multiple regions and currencies. • Establish data-driven processes that enable real-time responsiveness to competitor actions and market fluctuations. • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, finance, and external partners to align pricing decisions with broader business objectives. • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing pricing function, fostering analytical rigor and strategic ownership within the team. • Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure alignment with commercial performance goals. Requirements • Proven experience in strategic pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics within a high-growth B2C SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce environment. • Strong analytical background with experience modeling complex datasets and deriving insights on pricing elasticity and demand behavior. • Hands-on experience designing or implementing pricing systems, ideally including automated or semi-automated pricing infrastructure. • Ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable commercial strategies. • Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making frameworks. • Experience working cross-functionally with product, finance, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, international environment. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence strategic decisions. • Experience in travel-tech, telecommunications, or subscription-based digital products is a strong plus. • Familiarity with advanced statistical methods, such as Bayesian modeling or machine learning applied to pricing, is considered an advantage.
