Job description
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting sales execution through structured reporting, analysis, and operational support:
• Develop and maintain recurring dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools to provide leadership with visibility into pipeline health, bookings, and sales performance trends.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews by preparing reports, validating data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights for leadership discussions.
• Assist with forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas across the sales funnel.
• Ensure CRM data integrity by identifying inconsistencies, improving reporting logic, and supporting data clean-up and governance initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Systems teams to support operational initiatives and resolve reporting needs.
• Contribute to territory planning, account analysis, and productivity reporting to optimize sales coverage and performance outcomes.
• Document processes, reporting standards, and operational workflows to ensure consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across teams.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with business acumen and thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment:
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or a similar analytical role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience building reports, dashboards, and structured analyses for business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), including opportunity management, reporting structures, and data quality best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with willingness to learn new tools, systems, and operational processes.
