SENIOR DATA ANALYST, PRODUCT

Accountabilities: • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to size opportunities, evaluate product impact, and translate data into actionable recommendations. • Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives, including opportunity framing, deep-dive analysis, experimentation design, and diagnostic investigations. • Develop and refine key datasets and analytical frameworks to improve data accessibility and decision-making across teams. • Design, evaluate, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to measure causal impact and guide product strategy. • Contribute to product roadmap discussions by connecting data insights with broader business goals and user experience outcomes. • Mentor and support peers in analytical thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder communication. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, data science, or related fields within tech, consumer products, or marketplaces. • Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience using Python or R for analysis, modeling, or data exploration. • Proven ability to solve ambiguous business problems and translate them into structured analytical approaches and insights. • Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and interpreting product behavior through data. • Strong systems thinking and ability to understand how product, user behavior, and business metrics interact. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analysis and influence stakeholders. • Experience with data tools and platforms such as dbt, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar is a plus.
