Job description
Accountabilities:
• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning using tools such as Anaplan.
• Perform detailed variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to identify key business drivers and performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business case development.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and support business decision-making.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities within FP&A reporting and analysis.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across reporting cycles.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required by the business.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CFA/CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar finance-focused role.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with financial planning tools such as Anaplan is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
