Job description

Accountabilities: • Develop scientifically accurate, client-ready content across a range of medical communications deliverables, including slide decks, executive summaries, meeting materials, and other strategic assets. • Translate complex clinical data and scientific evidence into clear, compelling narratives tailored to healthcare professional audiences. • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, critically evaluate published research, and synthesize findings into evidence-based communications. • Collaborate closely with medical, editorial, and client teams to develop content strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables. • Support medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes by incorporating feedback, addressing reviewer comments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Maintain scientific accuracy, data integrity, and consistency while managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Requirements • Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent). • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical communications agency or a similar scientific communications environment. • Demonstrated experience developing scientific content across multiple formats, including presentations, publications, and executive summaries. • Strong literature research, data interpretation, and scientific writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. • Familiarity with MLR review processes and industry guidelines for compliant scientific communications. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and reference management software such as EndNote. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills with strong attention to detail. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. • Experience supporting Medical Affairs, publications, commercial content, or multiple therapeutic areas is considered an asset.
