SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER - JAVA, ANGULAR

Accountabilities: • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and related technologies. • Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation. • Build and maintain RESTful APIs, implement automated unit and integration tests, and ensure application reliability through comprehensive testing strategies. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, clients, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative technical solutions that address business needs. • Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, estimation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Promote engineering best practices, mentor teammates, share technical knowledge, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and technical excellence. • Communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting successful project delivery. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • 8+ years of professional software development experience building enterprise applications. • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful services, and Angular (2+). • Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, relational databases, and version control systems such as Git. • Experience implementing object-oriented design principles, design patterns, scalable architectures, and automated testing practices. • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and modern software engineering workflows. • Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, serverless architectures, or legacy frameworks is considered an asset. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
