SENIOR UX DESIGNER

Accountabilities: • Own end-to-end product design for complex features, from discovery and wireframes through high-fidelity UI and production-ready handoff • Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear, usable, and defensible design solutions in partnership with Product and Engineering • Contribute to, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system and component library to ensure consistency and efficiency across products • Conduct usability testing and integrate qualitative and quantitative research insights into iterative design improvements • Leverage product analytics tools to understand user behavior and refine UX decisions based on real-world usage patterns • Design accessible, inclusive experiences aligned with WCAG 2.2 standards as a default practice • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation of design decisions and high-quality product delivery • Use modern AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration while maintaining high design standards Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex software or platform features • Proven experience designing and maintaining design systems or reusable component libraries at scale • Strong proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design tools, with openness to AI-assisted workflows • Experience incorporating usability testing, user research, and product analytics into the design process • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and experience designing inclusive digital experiences • Ability to independently drive ambiguous problems from concept through shipped, production-ready solutions • Strong systems thinking with the ability to design across interconnected product surfaces and workflows • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with engineering and product stakeholders • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or LLM-based workflows is a plus • Background in SaaS or enterprise platform products is a strong plus Benefits: • Competitive compensation package including base salary and performance-based bonus (estimated $180,000–$250,000 total compensation) • Equity participation in a high-growth, venture-backed technology company • Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance • Unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and parental leave benefits • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions • Home office support, internet reimbursement, and remote-friendly flexibility • Annual budgets for learning, development, and professional enrichment • Wellness and mental health support resources • Opportunity to work on large-scale, mission-critical cybersecurity products used globally • Inclusive, collaborative, and high-ownership product design culture.
