Job description

Accountabilities: • Own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy, driving alignment across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology to optimize commercial execution. • Lead the global Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), ensuring governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of the core commercial system. • Define and execute the roadmap for revenue technology, including CRM, CPQ, CLM, billing integrations, and adjacent tools within the quote-to-revenue ecosystem. • Standardize and optimize quote-to-revenue processes globally, including deal desk operations, pricing governance, discounting structures, and approval workflows. • Establish forecasting methodology and pipeline governance, ensuring a single, trusted view of revenue performance across Sales and Finance. • Strengthen revenue integrity by aligning pipeline, billing, and revenue recognition processes in close partnership with Finance and Accounting teams. • Drive transformation initiatives across systems and processes, leading change management, automation, and operational standardization across global teams. Requirements • 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Technology leadership roles. • Proven experience leading large-scale commercial transformation in complex, global, matrixed organizations. • Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), with strong understanding of CRM architecture and governance. • Strong knowledge of CPQ, CLM, billing systems, and end-to-end quote-to-cash processes. • Solid financial acumen with experience partnering closely with Finance and Revenue Accounting teams. • Demonstrated ability to design strategy and execute operational transformation at scale. • Experience leading cross-functional, global teams across Sales, Finance, and Technology environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior leadership.
