While on-camera presence may occasionally be required, the emphasis is not on individual likeness or personal branding.  </div><div>To be considered: </div><div>·       You will provide examples of social content (video preferred) you have created for your personal brand or a client.  </div><div>·       You will work from home doing all aspects of social content creation, including brainstorming, pitching, storyboarding, shooting, and editing. </div><div>Important Accountabilities:  </div><div>Reporting to the Creative Director - Social, you will ensure creative excellence when delivering work for clients. This is the ideal position for someone who is energized by content creation and can ideate, create, and write independently. In addition, you have your pulse on social trends. </div><div>·       You will be an individual contributor and create visual social media assets (including Instagram Story wallpaper, layouts, frames) for TikTok, META, Snapchat, and YouTube. </div><div>·       You will manage social content photo and video shoots.  </div><div>·       You will brainstorm inventive content ideas and apply new formats that promote engagement.  </div><div>·       You have a passion and interest for capturing and communicating brand stories through social media.  </div><div>Qualifications:  </div><div>·       1-year minimum experience; bachelor's in advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required  </div><div>·       Understand how to capture content within social platforms (Instagram Creator Tools, META, Snapchat, TikTok) and provide visual guidance on social assets.  </div><div>·       You must be comfortable shooting with an iPhone and have video editing skills.  </div><div>·       Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). </div><div>Additional Information: </div><div>At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office. </div><div>The hourly pay range for this position is $40.30-$53.92. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.
