Job description
<p>This is a Full-time, fully remote position. Travel will be required based on business needs and may account for up to 30% of the time.</p><ul><li>Manage assigned broker networks across multiple U.S. regions and ensure sales initiatives are executed effectively. </li><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with Costco buyers, brokers, distributors, and other key customers. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Track and manage customer projects, product launches, promotions, and business initiatives from start to finish. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Conduct regular store visits, monitor market conditions, and identify growth opportunities. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Attend Costco warehouse openings, regional events, trade shows, and customer meetings. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Serve as the primary contact for account-related issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or logistics challenges. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Facilitate cross-department collaborations with R&D, Production, Quality, and other relevant departments to drive product development and enhance product quality based on customer and consumer feedback. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Analyze sales performance and customer data to support business reviews, forecasting, and customer presentations. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist the VP of Sales and Marketing in producing monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends. Coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share, monitoring performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plans. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Update R&D team on a variety of food trends to create new SKUs and improve existing recipes. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Being a key member of weekly/monthly sensory tasting to provide instant feedback on product quality. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work alongside the CEO to implement new sales initiatives. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Perform other tasks as assigned </p></li><li><p>Pay: $120,000-$130,000 + up to 30% performance bonus</p></li></ul>
<ul><li><p>A bachelor's degree is required.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales objectives. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience managing broker networks, customer accounts, and cross-functional projects within the food industry is strongly preferred. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prior experience working with Costco, club channel customers, or national retail accounts highly preferred. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong project management, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to understand sales performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to develop persuasive business cases and customer presentations. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business applications. </p></li></ul>
