<p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Project – the aim you’ll have</strong></p><p>We're looking for an architect who wins deals and builds the offering - not one who writes slides disconnected from delivery. Two legs: presales with clients - discovery, workshops, solution design, and defending the architecture and the cost in front of decision-makers; co-ownership of the offering in private cloud and sovereign cloud.<br> <br> This is not a hands-on engineering seat, and it's not company-wide governance. It sits where sales, the client and delivery meet, with the weight on private and sovereign cloud</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Position – how you’ll contribute</strong></p><p>Presales and client work<br> - You run discovery and architecture workshops with enterprise clients - from mapping needs to an agreed target.<br> - You design the solution (HLD), surface trade-offs, and defend design decisions and cost up to C-level.<br> - You support sales: solution shaping, proposals, estimations, defending the offer.<br> - You drive transformations and migrations from the architecture side - cloud exit, modernization, platform-to-platform moves, sovereign-by-design for clients under regulatory constraints.<br> <br> Offering<br> - You co-build and grow the service catalog in private cloud and sovereign cloud<br> - You productize repeatable engagements - turning what we already do for clients into catalog offerings with scope, SLA, cost model and positioning.<br> - You build reference architectures, patterns and reusable presales assets.<br> - Competitive positioning: battlecards, "where we collide", value argumentation.</p> <p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Expectations – the experience you need</strong></p><p>- Experience as a Solution Architect / presales architect in IT services or with an infrastructure provider<br> - Real command of private cloud (Virtualization, Storate, Backup, Network, OS, Observability)<br> - Experience in transformations and migrations - including VMware exit paths.<br> - The ability to run workshops and talk to a business decision-maker - translating technology into cost, risk and value.<br> - Polish and English at a level that lets you work directly with clients</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Additional skills – the edge you have</strong></p><p>- Hands-on sovereign cloud (e.g. Scaleway, CloudFerro, STACKIT and similar) and awareness of channel/partner dynamics.<br> - Experience with clients in regulated industries (finance, Healthcare).<br> - Architecture certifications (cloud, VMware/VCF, OpenStack) - as evidence, not as a gate.</p> <p><strong>Our offer – professional development, personal growth:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible employment and remote work&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>International projects with leading global clients&#xa0;</li><li>International business trips&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Non-corporate atmosphere&#xa0;</li><li>Language classes&#xa0;</li><li>Internal &amp; external training&#xa0;</li><li>Private healthcare and insurance&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Multisport card&#xa0;</li><li>Well-being initiatives&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Position at: Software Mind Poland</strong></p>
