Requisition ID 2026-4468 Job Summary Artemis is seeking a Communications and Marketing Specialist to develop communications and product-marketing content that drives awareness and adoption of government program capabilities among current and potential users. This role delivers consistent, on-brand messaging across channels and supports the client’s change management and product marketing strategy. The Communications and Marketing Specialist is a self-starter, proactive problem-solver, and action-oriented team player with strong strategic communications and product marketing experience. This position requires an individual committed to superior client service, poised under pressure, with a positive and flexible attitude. This is a contingent hire position. Offers will be contingent upon client approval, ability to meet security requirements, and the ability to adhere to any on-site requirements (which may change at contract award). Remote work is anticipated. However, occasional travel for client engagements may be required. Primary Responsibilities • Create communications products that engage stakeholder audiences, such as case studies, infographics, promotional materials, and briefing decks. • Revise and provide content that delivers consistent key messages across appropriate channels, aligned to branding, messaging, and digital/social media strategies (news and impact stories, brochures, fact sheets, talking points, presentations, and web copy). • Market capabilities to existing and potential users and help create, manage, and implement the product marketing strategy. • Support the annual Product Marketing Strategy deliverable. • Support change management by helping create and maintain a change management process, evaluating communication methods for process-improvement opportunities, and identifying and mitigating risks associated with proposed changes. • Provide communications and marketing inputs to the Analysis of Alternatives report upon Government request. • Participate in meetings to discuss and prioritize new communications activities and plans. • Contribute to the Communications Plan and Communications Dashboard metrics. Minimum Qualifications • Minimum of 7 years of strategic communications and product marketing experience. • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. • Federal client experience strongly preferred. • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR). • Demonstrated change management experience. • Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government. • Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/public trust determination. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Desired Qualifications • Strong critical thinking, analytical and time management skills. • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and work well with others. • Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas and solutions logically both written and orally. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to receive feedback from clients and implement changes quickly and effectively. • Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues. • Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
