• MS Dynamics(Sales & services, finance & Operations background only). Manual testing/Functional Test Key Responsibilities : • Perform functional testing and manual testing of MS Dynamics applications, specifically in Sales & Services and Finance & Operations modules. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases. • Execute comprehensive test plans, log defects, and ensure timely resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met. • Provide test reports and ensure that the system aligns with business needs and expectations. Must-Have Skills : • Hands-on experience in MS Dynamics Sales & Services and Finance & Operations modules. • Proficiency in manual testing and functional testing methodologies. • Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes in Dynamics environments. • Excellent defect identification, tracking, and reporting skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good-to-Have Skills : • Basic understanding of automation tools or scripting. • Knowledge of integration testing within the Dynamics ecosystem.
