Position: Customer Service & Administrative Specialist Location: Remote | Full-Time We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Administrative Specialist to support our growing operations during peak season. This role is responsible for managing customer communication, scheduling, CRM organization, and administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Lead Management • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries • Follow up with new and existing leads • Maintain clear, professional communication with customers • Reactivate past clients through outbound follow-up Scheduling & Administrative Support • Schedule appointments and job installations • Prepare and send quotes, estimates, and proposals • Handle general administrative tasks to support daily operations CRM & Pipeline Management • Maintain accurate customer records and job statuses • Organize and manage the sales pipeline • Ensure timely follow-ups so no opportunities are missed Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Strong customer service and phone-handling experience • Experience with CRM systems and administrative support • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail • Ability to multitask and work independently • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented What We're Looking For • Professional phone presence with strong customer service skills • Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks • Organized and dependable under pressure • Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience Success in This Role • Customer inquiries and leads are handled promptly • CRM and scheduling remain accurate and organized • Follow-ups are completed consistently • Leadership can focus on sales, projects, and business growth while you manage the day-to-day customer communication and administrative operations.
