Position: Field Coordinator Location: Remote | Full-Time We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Coordinator to support our field operations, recruiting efforts, and employee administration. This role serves as the primary point of contact for field technicians while ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, onboarding, and operational support. Key Responsibilities Field Operations Support • Serve as the primary support contact for field technicians • Manage daily communication through text, phone, and email • Coordinate schedule changes between technicians, office staff, and customers • Handle attendance tracking, callouts, schedule adjustments, and timekeeping follow-up • Resolve day-to-day field issues and keep operations running smoothly Recruiting & Hiring • Manage the recruitment process from application to offer • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews • Complete background checks and reference checks • Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process Onboarding & Employee Administration • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires • Prepare documentation and system access for incoming employees • Process time-off requests and maintain personnel records • Ensure employee information remains organized and up to date Administrative Support • Maintain operational documentation and employee records • Support field team initiatives and process improvements • Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks as needed Qualifications • Experience in recruiting, HR administration, operations coordination, or a similar role • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Reliable and responsive during scheduled work hours Success in This Role • Field technicians receive timely support and communication • Recruiting and onboarding processes run efficiently • Attendance, scheduling, and personnel records remain organized and accurate • Operational issues are resolved quickly and proactively • Leadership can rely on you to keep both people and processes moving forward smoothly
