Position: ServiceTitan Systems & Integrations Specialist Location Remote | Full-Time Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceTitan Systems & Integrations Specialist to serve as the primary technical expert for ServiceTitan administration, troubleshooting, configuration, and system integrations. This is a highly visible role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support multiple brands and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary ServiceTitan expert, managing configuration, administration, and troubleshooting • Support users across multiple business units and resolve system issues independently • Assist with system migrations and implementation projects • Maintain and optimize integrations between ServiceTitan and other business platforms • Support operational tracking and reporting systems • Collaborate with leadership, operations, finance, and IT teams • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI tools • Create and maintain system documentation and process improvements • Provide technical support and training to end users Qualifications • Admin-level experience with ServiceTitan (required) • Experience with ServiceTitan Service Pro and Enterprise tiers (required) • Strong troubleshooting, onboarding, and configuration experience • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Comfortable leading discussions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users • Professional, camera-ready, and comfortable participating in video meetings • Experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, and workflow automation • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Preferred Experience • Smartsheet • Sage Intacct or other ERP platforms • AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude • AccuLynx • Roofing, construction, home service, or field service industries • Multi-brand or multi-location business environments What We're Looking For • A highly technical and proactive systems expert • Strong communicator who can work directly with leadership • Solution-oriented problem solver who takes ownership • Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable • Passionate about technology, automation, and continuous improvement Success in This Role Success means becoming the trusted technical owner of ServiceTitan, ensuring systems run efficiently, supporting successful integrations and migrations, improving workflows through automation, and helping teams operate more effectively across the organization.
