Future Group is expanding its business development team in Egypt, targeting the vibrant and diverse European market. We are looking for a motivated and commercially savvy individual, passionate about B2B sales and growth, to join us as a Business Development Executive based in Cairo (Mohandseen), focused on delivering new revenue opportunities and building lasting client relationships in Europe. Business Development & Sales Careers Europe Market (Egypt-based Opportunity) Drive the expansion of Future Groups service portfolio across the European region. You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and nurturing business leads, managing the sales pipeline end-to-end, and acting as a trusted ambassador of our market-leading services. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation, Client Engagement & Revenue Growth • Generate quality leads through cold calling, networking, and other targeted channels to build a strong sales pipeline in Europe. • Develop and deliver professional, high-impact pitches, proposals, and tailored presentations to potential clients. • Establish and maintain strong and positive long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-up. • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, ensuring timely responses, engaging negotiations, and successful deal closures. • Collaborate with colleagues on strategy and execution to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets. Skills, Experience & Qualifications for Business Development Roles in European Markets • 23 years of demonstrable experience in business development or services sales, ideally with a proven track record of winning and managing European accounts. • Expertise in outbound lead generation, market penetration, and cold calling within a multicultural context. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with comfort pitching and negotiating with international clients. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Familiarity with account management and localisation industry is an advantage. • Adaptable, collaborative, and driven to achieve commercial targets in a team environment.
