Job Responsibilities Your key roles & responsibilities include: • Through RPA or other automation tools, you will assist the team streamline its existing processes and deliver the "next level" learning and development experience for the employees • You will help the team create dashboards that will help management appreciate the current state and motivation of employees with regard development and map out the next appropriate course of action • You will assist the team in enhancing its current HR page that will create a wonderful user experience for the employees Job Requirements What you should have: • Strong teamwork • Eagerness to learn and contribute • Good work ethics • RPA or Automation skills • Dashboarding and Data Analytics skills • Basic coding skills • Solid communication and thought articulation skills
