CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY/ IPO & M&A)

Job Description Responsibilities: • In charge of IPO and M&A matters for the company • Responsible for all important financial transactions including borrowing, share issuance and share repurchases • Budgeting and Financial Management • Treasury Management • Develop Enterprise Risk Framework and manage business risks • Work with management teams • Oversee legal contracts • Investor relations • SGX reporting • Any adhoc duties as assigned Requirements: • Degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting. • Experienced in the healthcare industry. • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar industry. • Excellent communication skills
