FACTORY MANAGER

Job Responsibilities: - • Overall in charge of all the activities occurring in the assembly, factory and building compound • Work with supervisors and other managers to assess optimal space utilization so that assembly works/ manufacturing works can be carried out smoothly • Work with storeman to plan and organize inventory storage to ensure optimal utilization of space • Execute a system plan and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organize • Ensure safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory staff • Ensure machineries are handled appropriately • Plan on resources to deliver on time so that production / assembly works will not be held back • Organize and solve issues arise to ensure a smooth efficient production is maintained • Organize machineries, vehicles maintenance, servicing, repairs to maintain the continuous operation of factory • Organize and restock the balance items from projects • Conduct Employee performance reviews • Upkeep of factory and building compound • Ensures good relationships among the workers and there is equal treatment applied to them • Advice on disciplinary issues • Any other ad-hoc duties Job Requirements: - • Diploma/ Degree holder in engineering/ relevant field. Preferred to have Mechanical & Structural Steel knowledge. Have Water/Wastewater skids assembly will be advantaged • Minimum 5 years experience in factory managing / system supply & logistics managing / project management skills • Good leadership skills • Able to motivate every worker to do their best at work • Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills both in oral and written • Good decision maker, analytical and logical. Is open-minded and can practice equality • Excellent in multi-tasking as you will be in charge both in the administrative andmanagerial aspects of a factory/ company • Knowledge in implementing Kaizen initiative, will be preferred.
