Here are the details: Finance related: This role will be solely responsible for accounts payables and accounts receivables, including generating invoices and client follow up for payment release. Run daily finance operations including data entry and organization of files In charge of expense management and expense reporting Prepare quarterly financial reports Serve as the key liaison with our outsourced accounting company which takes care of bookkeeping, GST reports, ad-hoc filing, etc. Operations related: In chage of office assets management, general administration, and office maintenance Providing administration support to CEO to assist in business-related bookings. Run office supplies and pantry Manage client contracts and keep these up to date. Manage logistics for client-facing recruitment events (training provided) HR Related: Run payroll including commission calculations for the sales team Establish and maintain department records and company organization charts Run the leave maintenance What we look for: CORE SKILLS: Good knowledge of employment laws in Singapore and in the APAC region Good knowledge of finance laws, accouting principles and cash flows.
