IT CONSULTANT

• Support rollout activities, related to implementation of Demand Forecast Planning Solutions, for Panasonic Sales Companies across the APAC region. • Drive implementation of System Enhancements & Change Requests. • Engage biz users to understand requirements and ensure Solution meets biz needs. • Work with stakeholders to design, test and implement new Solutions and Change Requests. • Support existing Biz applications (Investigate & resolve issues, Program bug fixes) • Work closely with Technical members as well as Biz. Partners/Vendors for the above activities. • Leverage know-how & experience in Database (Oracle/SQL) queries, to understand system design and data structure, to support in issue checking and periodic data patching activities, along with the technical team. • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to engage Biz users at all levels, and communicate effectively for Requirement/ Solution discussions, and proposal explanation to decision makers. • Quickly grasp and understand biz processes and design Solutions to support biz operations. • Experience in Oracle / SQL Server Database (Queries, PL/SQL), to understand the system/data and troubleshoot and support existing planning systems. • Experience in .Net Technologies (Forms/Web) is advantageous, but not mandatory.
