OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities • Coordinates/Arranges Copper Slag Deliveries • Generates Delivery Orders & Sales Report • Liaises/Communicates with Customers/transporter on Delivery Requirement/Schedule • Assists in Handling Operational Matters & Ad-hoc Visit to Sites at Shipyard • Prepares health, safety and risk information where applicable to work practices and toolbox • Any other duties assigned by Sales Manager Requirements • Minimum Primary Education or GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' Level • Interest in Shipyard/ Marine/ Oil & Gas industry • Possess Class 3 Driving Licence • Able to work overtime on weekend/Public Holiday when required • Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment • Able to motivate in a challenging work environment • Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently Our Address and work hours
