SITE ENGINEER

Job Descriptions • Involve in day to day site PPVC production and construction works • Liaise and coordinate closely with external parties (RE/RTO/Subcons) and internal personnel for site work management • Verify contractors' claims and variation orders • Handling site inspection and regulations requirements • Monitor site progress and quality control • Update of bar bending schedule, monitoring of rebar usage and order • Measurement and calculation of projects' concrete and rebar quantities Job Requirements • Diploma / Degree in Civil & Structural or Construction Management • Experience in high rise construction works will be preference • Familiar with PPVC / DFMA construction environment will be preference • Familiar with BCA's regulation and other authorities requirements • Familiar with Microsoft Project • Knowledge in excel and power point presentation • Able to work with tight schedule • Independent, accountable and initiative
