About the Role We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and tech-savvy individual to join our growing team as a Client Services Coordinator. This role involves speaking with customers, following up with inquiries, processing applications, keeping records updated, and assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who learns quickly, communicates professionally, takes initiative, and enjoys working with people. Key Responsibilities • Speak with customers and assist them throughout the application process • Follow up with leads and existing customers professionally • Process applications and maintain accurate records • Assist with tracking customer accounts and related information • Keep internal systems and documentation organized and up to date • Support daily administrative and operational tasks • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflows • Provide excellent customer service and communication Requirements • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional and friendly phone manner • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to take initiative and work independently • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work EST timezones - this is a full EST based role Nice to Have • Previous experience in administration, customer service, operations, or a client-facing role • Experience working with customers over phone and email • Familiarity with CRM or administrative systems
