Remote Project Manager - Aniesispharma, LLC Aniesispharma, LLC, a pioneering pharmaceutical company focused on innovative therapies, seeks a highly organized Remote Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical development projects from initiation to closure. This vital role involves defining scope, timelines, and managing remote cross-functional teams. You will mitigate pharmaceutical development risks and ensure clear stakeholder communication. Requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and pharmaceutical industry understanding in a remote setting. Responsibilities: • Lead pharmaceutical project planning, including objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management. • Manage and motivate remote cross-functional teams in a collaborative, scientific environment. • Serve as the primary contact for project communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Proactively identify and mitigate pharmaceutical development-specific risks (e.g., clinical, regulatory, manufacturing). • Develop and manage project budgets for research, clinical trials, manufacturing, and regulatory activities, ensuring financial compliance. • Create and maintain schedules with key pharmaceutical milestones (e.g., IND, clinical phases, NDA/BLA). • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations (FDA, EMA, GCP, GMP) and Aniesispharma's quality standards. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation compliant with pharmaceutical industry standards. • Identify and implement process improvements for remote pharmaceutical project management. • Utilize remote collaboration tools effectively, adhering to data privacy regulations. Qualifications: • [Specify number]+ years PM experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry , managing drug development from early research to approval. • Experience managing remote cross-functional pharmaceutical development teams. • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development, regulatory pathways (FDA, EMA), and guidelines (GCP, GMP). • Excellent communication skills for complex scientific and regulatory information across time zones. • Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization for managing multiple complex projects. • Strong problem-solving skills in pharmaceutical development challenges. • Proficiency in relevant pharmaceutical project management software (e.g., Veeva Vault) and standard office software. • Ability to work independently and proactively remotely. • PMP/PRINCE2. • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field. • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field or equivalent experience.
