Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (German + English)
Location: Athens, Greece

Your Role
As a Customer Service Advisor , you will:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
• Properly log and document each interaction in the service database.
• Handle complaints and escalations following company guidelines.
• Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining service excellence.
• Provide recommendations and troubleshoot issues to enhance overall user experience.
Schedule
• MonFri: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
• SatSun: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
• Remote option: available only if submitted two weeks before start date and approved.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Salary & Benefits
• Monthly salary: 1,380 × 14
• 14 Salaries per year: (12 monthly + Easter + split Summer/Christmas bonus)

Contract
• Type: Permanent
• Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Relocation Support (for candidates moving to Greece)
• Must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to the start date for hiring documents.
• On-site work required for first 3 months (unless you already reside in Greece with confirmed internet access).
• 3 weeks paid hotel accommodation near the office.
• Up to 300 relocation support paid with first salary.
• Legal assistance with hiring documentation.
Not Included
• Flight ticket (reimbursed up to 300 gross with first payment)

• Transportation from airport to hotel
• Real estate agency assistance after the first 3 weeks accommodation
