We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join a leading tobacco company project. The role offers a stable weekday schedule, competitive salary, performance‑based bonus, and a full relocation package. Training and work are both conducted remotely.

• German: Fluent / Native level

Salary & Benefits
• Gross Salary: €1,300.00/month
• Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary (based on target achievement)
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00
