Job Title: Tech Customer Service Representative (Italian + English) Location: Remote – Based in Lisbon, Portugal Start Date: 02 June 2026 Schedule • Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) • Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 • 2 days off per week: Sunday + 1 rotational day Salary & Benefits • Base salary: 1024€ x 14 months • Welcome Bonus: 225€ x 12 months (paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year) • Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day • Health insurance from Day 1 (employee contribution required; free after 6 months of contract) About the Role We are looking for a Tech Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Italian and English to support customers and resolve technical issues while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Qualities We're Looking For • Problem solver – You think quickly and find solutions that make customers happy • Empathetic and patient – You handle frustrated customers with professionalism and care • Detail‑oriented – You track issues carefully and follow up until they are resolved • Resilient under pressure – You stay calm and focused in busy environments • Strong communicator – You explain solutions clearly and confidently • Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with digital tools • Able to turn customer frustration into satisfaction and loyalty Requirements • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) • Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred • Previous experience in sales is a plus , but not mandatory • Good technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot basic issues • • Relocation from outside of Portugal: Shared accommodation (up to 12 months) (details discussed during interview) No Flight Ticket
