Lead Generation Executive (Cantonese) | WFH | Hong Kong Hours RM4750 + RM300 Language Allowance | Remote | HK Business Hours (9am–6pm) | Start Date: 30 April 2026 We are hiring a Cantonese-speaking Lead Generation Executive to support a fast-growing sales and marketing team working across the Hong Kong market. This is a remote (WFH) role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation within a structured sales environment. Key Responsibilities: • Research and identify potential leads via online platforms, databases, and social media • Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, and messaging • Qualify leads based on set criteria before passing to sales teams • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach performance • Track and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign results Requirements: • Fluent in Cantonese • Minimum 1 year experience in sales development / lead generation / SaaS / tech sales support • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools • Comfortable with outbound sales activity (cold calling/emailing/messaging) Offer: • RM4750 basic salary • RM300 language allowance • Fully remote (WFH) setup • Hong Kong business hours (work-life structured to HK market) • Exposure to SaaS / tech sales environment • Performance-driven growth opportunity Apply via dylan.nyamande@cbtalents.org LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/dylan-a78965140
