Job description

Location: Fully Remote (within Portugal) Administrative Base: Porto – Douro area On-site Requirement: 1 day on-site per quarter Work Model: Remote (Portugal-based) About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Support Level 3 / Technical Support Specialist to support a technical project focused on advanced troubleshooting and customer assistance. This role requires strong technical skills, including SQL , and the ability to support users in French and English .
