The ideal candidate would work with Community Lead/Manager to manage the community stakeholders i.e. college faculty, student members, community ambassadors Responsibilities: • Interacting and assisting members • Design and conduct community success activities • Prioritize and manage many open cases/tasks • Critically review existing product and processes with the goal of constant improvement • Analyse the member activities and queries • Recommend improvements in processes and systems based on the analysis • Improve member references by writing and maintaining documentation • Assist in planning, coordinating community activities • Help draft/create success stories Requirements: • Data Analysis • Minimum 3 months commitment for 20 hours per week working • Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills • Knowledge of CRM & ticketing systems will be an advantage Eligibility: • A graduating student in the field of Data Science • Diploma in a related field • Working knowledge of MS Office tools • Membership of Industry Academia Community (If you are not a member already, please signup at https://industryacademiacommunity.com ) What's for the candidate: • Internship Certificate from Cloud Counselage Pvt.
